EFC will mark a series of 12 events that bring the Christmas festive season into close proximity with other important dates and occasions in December. The programme weaves secular and sacred music of celebration and related beliefs into the Christmas narrative, whose message of love and peace is at its very heart.
With audience carols this is a Christmas event with a difference!
Seasonal refreshments available at the interval.
Retirement collection in aid of Eden Project charities.

Join EFC to sing this challenging and celebrated choral work by one of England's most famous composers.
The day ends with a cameo performance to which friends and family are invited.
Our popular annual choral workshop is an open invitation for singers from far and wide to join us in a day’s exploration and cameo performance of Walton's Belshazzar’s Feast in central Exeter.
Directed by Andrea Brown and accompanied by Peter Adcock, you will be assured of a warm and friendly welcome in a modern and comfortable venue in central Exeter.
There is a disabled ramp and easy access to all areas. Blue badge spaces can be reserved on request.
Light refreshments are included during breaks.
The day will end with an informal performance from 3.45pm to 5pm, to which family and friends are invited.
The excellent central location of the venue means easy access to nearby car parking, and park and ride stops. Nearby shops, cafés and restaurants provide a choice of lunch options and there is also a seating area at the church to relax and enjoy your own picnic lunch if desired.

Lunch break: 1.00pm-2.15pm (note: lunch is not included)

Summer Concert: Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 with Devon Baroque Orchestra

Contrepoint Vocal Ensemble
The Vespers is monumental in scale and requires separate choirs and seven soloists. Solo instrumental parts are written for violin and cornetto.
