EFC will mark a series of 12 events that bring the Christmas festive season into close proximity with other important dates and occasions in December. The programme weaves secular and sacred music of celebration and related beliefs into the Christmas
narrative, whose message of love and peace is at its very heart.
With audience carols this is a Christmas event with a difference!

Summer Concert: Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 with Devon Baroque Orchestra

The Vespers is monumental in scale and requires separate choirs and seven soloists. Solo instrumental parts are written for violin and cornetto.
